According to reports in The Telegraph, Chelsea winger Kenedy is facing an uncertain future at the club after being sent home from their pre-season tour of Asia.
The Brazilian flew back to London on Tuesday following talks with the management, according to The Telegraph, after writing a number of insulting social media posts which the Premier League champions were forced to apologise for on Sunday.
The 21-year-old was booed by the home support during the 3-0 win against Arsenal on Saturday and it has proved to be an embarrassing episode for the Blues, and one that could damage their image in Asia.
Chelsea supporters were quick to have their say on the decision to send the wide-man home, with many believing they won’t see him in a Chelsea shirt again, and others urging the club to get rid of the player who has made 22 appearances in all competitions for the west London outfit.
