Tottenham Hotspur players are locked into pre-season training as Mauricio Pochettino prepares his squad for the first challenges of the season.
It has now been more than a week since their training sessions officially started and all the stars are slowly but surely getting back to the grind.
The first trips will take Pochettino and his players to Singapore and then to Shanghai, where the first couple of games will take place. Tottenham will face Juventus on 21 July for their tour opener.

Sissoko posted an Instagram snap of the tandem hard at work and captioned it as “Welcome to the Spurs family”.
Ndombele started training with the club last Friday when he joined up with the team and he will be looking to get his first minutes on the pitch in a Spurs kit against Juventus.
And the latest picture of him on social media could be a sign of things to come, with Sissoko and Ndombele likely to working alongside each other in the centre of midfield next season.
It’s a partnership that has the potential to blossom given Sissoko’s perpetual improvement and his compatriot’s raw ability, and no doubt the fans will be excited to see the pair in action in just a few weeks time.
