Rashford suffered an injury on Thursday in a training session with Villa ahead of their crucial FA Cup semi-final tie against Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium. The United loanee, who has been in fine form since joining Unai Emery's side in January, was forced to sit out the clash as the Villans crashed out following a 3-0 loss, with Ismaila Sarr netting twice after Eberechi Eze opened the scoring.

Aston Villa boss Unai Emery has now confirmed that Rashford picked up an injury to his hamstring and revealed that the England international is set to miss the next 'few weeks'. This could potentially mean that Rashford's season has come to a halt as the Villans play their final game of the Premier League campaign against Rashford's parent club in less than a month.
WHAT EMERY SAID
Speaking to the media, Emery said: "He’s injured. He got injured this week and yesterday we did a test – it is his hamstring. We are going to try to test him each match but he’s injured and probably won’t be available for some weeks."

The 27-year-old's future remains uncertain as United are said to be ready to keep him at Old Trafford, however, Rashford continues to demand an exit. As such, his potential destination also remains up in the air with Villa being discussed as one of the options.
